Who you contract with
SponsorReady is operated by Washboard Labs LLC. These terms are between you and Washboard Labs LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. SponsorReady is a product name only. Using the site, starting a trial, or subscribing does not create a contract with a separate SponsorReady entity.
The service
The kit is a readiness pack for advertisers who are not already in HubSpot or Shopify: intake, prompt, knowledge, allowed actions, and a go-live checklist. You paste that pack into ChatGPT Ads Manager if OpenAI grants access. Washboard Labs LLC does not place ads, guarantee eligibility, or provide legal advice.
Trial and subscription
Starter is $20/month. A 7-day free trial comes first. Card required to start. Auto-converts to $20/month unless you cancel. One trial per business email and phone. The trial includes 1 full kit during the trial. Checkout runs in Stripe test mode. No live charges are made on this build.
Your drafts
Intake drafts stay in this browser until you clear them. The downloaded markdown is yours to use with your ads team. OpenAI’s terms still govern anything you submit to ChatGPT Ads.
